After years of loyalty and dedication, Chris can say that his favorite part about Dillanos is seeing all the change we have been through as a company while still staying true to our Core Values.
Of these Core Values, the one that strikes a chord with Chris the most is #2: “GIVE OUR CUSTOMERS MORE THAN THEY EXPECT”.
“It’s at the heart of what the Sales Team aspires to do. All of our customers are unique, and giving them more than they expect looks different for everyone. I’ve seen us do things for customers no other company would be willing or able to do. This is one of the reasons I’ve continued to work for this company for 15 years.”

From the rooftop bar of the Oregon Hotel over 10 years ago, to adventures in NYC, LA, Chicago, New Orleans, and everywhere in between, we’ve shared some incredible memories—and probably enjoyed our fair share of In-N-Out, bourbon, and beer along the way.
Chris is an amazing, genuine, caring, and funny human being, and I’m proud to call him not only a co-worker, but a true friend. I’m grateful for all the adventures, laughs, and memories we’ve shared, and I’m looking forward to many more to come!”

For Chris, it’s not just about Business Development. A big part of his career is also “Friendship Development”!
While the task is tough to pick just one memory out of close to 5,500 days, his most recent favorite memory was spending his birthday getting dinner out with coworkers in New York.

Well, when it comes to espresso, Skylar’s is his way to go, but he also loves any limited single origin that our roasting team develops!
What’s Chris planning for his extra PTO?
He is dreaming up a few extended weekends somewhere warm and sunny. Sounds like a plan—and a well-deserved one too!
